| ORBIT WEST OFFERS CONFIGURABLE EDITORIAL SPACE |  |   | | | HOLLYWOOD - Orbit Digital (www.orbitdigital.com), a provider of mobile post equipment and services to the film and television industries, has opened a new, customizable editorial space that is located on LA's west side next to sibling company Postworks Los Angeles.
| | (7/11/2008) | | | Orbit West is physically and digitally interconnected with PostWorks LA's new DI facilities in the same location. The space offers Orbit West clients the ability to customize and configure their own editorial operations.
Orbit West is home to 18 sound-insulated, fully-furnished editorial rooms with the latest Avid or Final Cut Pro systems. Private suites are available with their own reception areas, and 24/7 technical support is on-hand should a problem pop up. Conference rooms and kitchen facilities are also on-site and available to clients.
"Everything about our operation is geared toward allowing our clients to create their own unique editing environment," notes Pete Conlin, Orbit Digital's senior VP of sales.
The new space is already home to the post team working on the Weinstein Company's feature film Hurricane Season.
