IRIDAS PREVIEWING SPEEDGRADE 2010

LAS VEGAS - Germany's Iridas (www.iridas.com) is previewing its upcoming SpeedGrade 2010 product at this year's NAB show. The 2010 version will include a completely revamped user interface that focuses on simplicity and elegance. SpeedGrade 2010 will also have new stereoscopy features.
(4/19/2009)
For the 2009 release, Iridas has extended the built-in stereoscopic tools found in SpeedGrade XR and SpeedGrade DI, to simplify work on stereoscopic projects. The automatic stereo conform feature has been improved to support new naming conventions. And stereoscopic monitoring solutions now include dual SDI, dual DVI, interlaced, TI-pattern, shutter glasses and anaglyph, among others.

A new difference Matte view allows users to quickly ID geometric misalignment in stereo footage and correct it interactively in realtime. And the new dynamic resolution feature helps speed up workflows that involve wavelet-compressed footage, such as Cineform or .r3d material.
