NEW YORK – NewTek recently demonstrated its portable HD production solution by taking it on the road in a customized Mini Cooper. The car was outfitted to serve as a miniature HD studio-on-wheels, underscoring how the NewTek’s latest products and technologies are helping to break down the barriers to HD live production and delivery.

The Mini Cooper was equipped with a NewTek TriCaster XD300 portable live production system and a 3play multi-channel HD/SD slow-motion replay systems. It also featured a multi-camera switcher, the ability to create live virtual sets, a titling station, an audio mixer, a three-camera ISO recorder, video editing capabilities, and 3D motion graphics tools.

NewTek held the New York event at the Manhattan Center on West 34th Street. The event wrapped up a tour that also include visits to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Winston-Salem, and Washington, D.C.
