LAS VEGAS - Nvidia (www.nvidia.com) introduced a new professional graphics card at this week's NAB show. The Quadro FX 4800 is designed specifically for Mac Pro workstations and features a three-pin min-dim connector for stereo glasses support and up to two dual-link DVI connectors to drive high resolution digital displays.

 The card offers a 1.5GB frame buffer and memory bandwidth up to 76.8GB/sec. Nvidia's CUDA parallel computing architecture for its GPUs enables high level performance.
Nvidia plans to ship the FX 4800 in May for $1,500.
