TONIC SIGNS COMPOSER A.J. GUNDELL
November 19, 2004
NEW YORK - Music house Tonic has added 10-time Emmy Award-winning composer A.J. "Andy" Gundell to its roster. Gundell brings over 20 years of experience as a composer, songwriter, music supervisor and producer to the NYC studios.

A recipient of six Emmys for scoring/supervising, three for songwriting, and one for audio post producer, for the shows "All My Children," "Guiding Light," and "Another World," Gundell takes his track record to the team at Tonic.

Gundell brings composing, scoring, and producing experience in drama, sports, reality, sitcoms, news, commercials, and children's music, for clients such as ABC, CBS, NBC, ESPN, Discovery Channel, and AT&T.

The move reunites Gundell with Tonic composer Peter Fish, Gundell's writing partner on two Emmy-winning projects. In addition to composing and scoring, Gundell is co-producing the upcoming Tonic Song Library (TSL), a collection of licensable songs for TV, film and multimedia. Gundell also continues in his role as a composer and post-producer for ABC's "All My Children."
