ANIMATION SCRIPTER ZEKE K JOINS GIGAPIX

CHATSWORTH, CA - Writer Zeke K has signed with GigaPix Studios as head of development and writer for the independent animation studio. In addition to bringing a number of his own properties to the table, Zeke K will work on four GigaPix projects already in development: "Junk Bots," "Twilight," "Alien SAR" and "Hypnopig."

K comes to the studio with 12 years of animation industry experience. For the Cartoon Network he co-developed and wrote episodes of "Powerpuff Girls" as well as wrote episodes for "Dexter's Lab," "Megas LXR" and "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends." He also was the head writer for the first season of "My Life as a Teen-age Robot" for Nickelodeon.

K's background includes original series development for Sony, Disney, Curious Pictures, Film Roman and Dick Clark Productions. He also consulted with MGA Entertainment on a CGI TV series based on the hot-selling Bratz toy line.
