Neumann spent three years at New York City’s Zona Design

"Once I'd worked here for a while, I became more impressed with the way Perception approaches jobs and pitches. They encourage and inspire everyone around them to come up with ideas that are unconventional and fresh. They're very open-minded, and I like that."

"He is extremely gifted at conceptualizing and storyboarding projects, but is also versatile and can do a lot of different types of work - from designing logos and typography through production and animation.
