BLUR STUDIO PROMOTES NORN KITTIAKSORN TO CREATIVE DIRECTOR VENICE, CA - Blur Studio has promoted Norn Kittiaksorn to creative director. Kittiaksorn is an award-winning designer who's been with the firm since 2001. She recently designed the ID and titles for the studio's animated short, "Gopher Broke," which was nominated for an Academy Award in the category of Best Animated Short Film.

In addition, she led the design direction for the identity, titles and packaging for two of Blur's other animated shorts, "In the Rough" and "Aunt Luisa." On the promo side, Kittiaksorn recently completed a campaign for the film "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events," which included 10 spots that aired on Nickelodeon.

Prior to joining Blur, Kittiaksorn was a designer with Pittard Sullivan, where she designed various domestic and international network packages for Japan and Turkey.
