DIGIDESIGN ANNOUNCES ICON EXCHANGE PROGRAM

DALY CITY, CA - Users of Digidesign's ProControl and Control|24 control surfaces can now upgrade to ICON D-Control or D-Command worksurfaces at considerable savings. The ICON exchange program includes a variety of exchange options that enable ProControl and Control|24 owners to experience the power of the integrated console environment while saving up to $6,000.
The Digidesign ICON integrated console environment features a choice of the flagship D-Control worksurface or the medium-format D-Command compact worksurface, plus the Pro Tools|HD Accel system as its DSP mixing and processing engine and modular Pro Tools|HD audio interfaces for analog and digital I/O.
By upgrading to an ICON worksurface, users can access a range of functionality unavailable with ProControl or Control|24 control surfaces. ICON-exclusive features such as Custom Faders provide a new level of efficiency and productivity by enabling users to customize the console layout - independent of the on-screen Pro Tools software interface - to best suit their workflow.
ICON systems provide direct access to advanced automation modes such as AutoMatch, AutoJoin, and AutoGlide, as well as to touch-sensitive rotary encoders for immediate control of key session parameters. ICON systems also include XMON, a precision, rack-mounted monitor and communications system that can be controlled directly from the ICON worksurface. |
