EDITOR ANTHONY MARINELLI JOINS CUT + RUN
April 12, 2005

NEW YORK - Cut + Run/NY (www.cutandrun.tv) has added another talent to its editorial roster. Anthony Marinelli joins the SoHo location of the company, which also has offices in London and Los Angeles. Marinelli first met Cut + Run/NY founder Chuck Willis when the two worked together at Willis' Crew Cuts.

He started his career as an AV technician at DDB Needham and helped the department grow into the agency's in-house post-production facility, Cool Dry Place. Since leaving DDB, he edited the first post-9/11 "I Love NY" campaign, for which he was nominated for an AICE award in 2002. He was senior editor on the New York Lottery-sponsored PBS series, NY Expeditions, and also cut the show's open. His work on Visa's "Superheroes," starring Spider-Man, Captain America and Underdog, was featured during the 2005 Super Bowl.

In addition to his editorial work, Marinelli has written, directed and edited three short films and directed an off-off Broadway play.
