EDITORS' LOUNGE TO FOCUS ON WORKFLOW
May 9, 2005
BURBANK - Editing facility AlphaDogs has announced the agenda for the next Editors? Lounge event, scheduled to take place at the studio on Tuesday, May 17th. Avid's Academy Award-winning, senior product designer Michael Phillips will be on hand to share tips and tricks designed to help simplify HD and SD formatting issues.

With so many HD and SD choices available today, getting them to all work nicely together is somewhat of an art. Phillips, Avid's film and HD workflow guru, will impart advice on how to handle getting different formats and frame rates to synch together in the new HD age.

Additional Avid personnel will also be on hand to share information and to answer questions about the company's new products. Attendees will have the chance to provide feedback about Avid's product line.

The Editors' Lounge will begin held at AlphaDogs at 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to all editors. To attend, call 818-729-9262 or send an email to rsvp@editorslounge.com.
