NORTH HOLLYWOOD - IO Film (www.iofilm.net), a full-service digital finishing facility specializing in film and video projects, recently completed the digital intermediate for the independent film "Crash," starring Sandra Bullock, Brendan Fraser, Matt Dillon and Don Cheadle. The Lion's Gate film opened earlier this month and centers around a car accident that brings together a group of strangers in Los Angeles.

"Crash" is one of the first features to use the Nucoda Filmmaster for a 2K DI conform and color grade. The feature was offlined on an Avid. The 2K conform was converted into HD masters.
