KPI APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS

In this position, Cassel will pursue projects outside the traditional television genre, including mobile TV content, video-on-demand, and corporate and privately-funded productions. He will also oversee KPI's publicity and marketing.
Cassel recently produced, wrote and directed KPI's Rome: Engineering an Empire, a highly-rated History Channel special. He's been a producer with KPI (www.kpitv.com) since 2001 and has worked on programs for A&E, Bravo, The Travel Channel and Discovery Health.
