PRIME IMAGE APPOINTS NEW CEO

SAN JOSE, CA - Prime Image, Inc., the manufacturer of corporate, industrial and broadcast audio/video equipment, has appointed Peter J. Jegou as its new CEO.

"My goal is to set the new corporate direction for profitable growth with Prime Image becoming a recognized industry leader of cutting-edge products that set the industry standards for engineering and innovation," says Jegou. "We look forward to continuing and building on existing relationships, while developing the strategic partnerships needed to meet our new corporate objectives, and to evolve Prime Image to what their name implies."

The company manufactures a quality, easy-to-use line of transcoding time base correctors, synchronizers, digital standards converters, audio delays, video delays, computer video products and digital program time reduction/editing equipment.
