35mm 3perf/8perf and 16mm/Super 16mm are also available as options. Additionally, a liquid gate is now available as an option, which helps to eliminate the effects of film scratches and dust. This can reduce the cost of the dust and scratch removal when mastering classic films.

Imageworks is also home to an Imagica Imager3000V digital film scanner. The studio used its Imagica gear on "Spider-Man 2," a feature that garnered it an Oscar for its visual effects work. Imageworks has also used its Imagica scanners on "Bewitched" and the upcoming films "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," "Zathura" and "Ghost Rider."
