The new My Buddy and Me commercial depicts a man and his cat in a number of humorous scenarios - shopping at a fish market, riding in the car, enjoying a movie - all to the accompaniment of a playful, Randy Newman-inspired "my buddy and me" themed tune.

Director Bob Costabile of Loyalty Films wrote the lyrics and Blazing composers Eric Johnson and Aaron Keane wrote the musical  arrangement, tapping the talents of vocalist Craig Woolard and drummer Jon Wurster. Blazing Music + Sound's senior engineers Aaron Keane and Willie Elias recorded the music, created the sound design and handled the mix using Digidesign Pro Tools|HD systems.

The commercial was produced by Red Truck Films and posted by Serious Robots, both of which are sister boutiques of Blazing Music + Sound. Serious Robots' Joe Wilson edited :60 and :30 versions.
