Digidesign has also released Intel Mac–compatible versions of all Digidesign and Digidesign-distributed RTAS and AudioSuite plug-ins and software options, including the new Music Production Toolkit, DigiTranslator 2.0 and DV Toolkit 2.

Pro Tools LE and Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1.1 are separate software downloads, available for free to all current, registered users of Pro Tools LE 7 software (Version 7.0 or higher) and any version of Pro Tools M-Powered software. Pro Tools LE users running software Version 6.9 or earlier must purchase a Pro Tools 7 software upgrade in order to run their software on Intel-based Macs.
 

Digidesign says it will continue to support Pro Tools LE and Pro Tools M-Powered software on the PowerPC platform.
