FULL SAIL OFFERING PARTICLEILLUSION INSTRUCTION

As of this month, instruction in the application is part of Full Sail’s Digital Arts & Design Bachelor of Science Degree Program. ParticleIllusion will be used to train students in 3D art and animation, digital video production, digital publishing, Web design, motion graphics and art creation for games.

ParticleIllusion is a standalone particle effects application. The low-cost tool is designed to be easy to use and allows artists to quickly add particle effects, such as smoke, fire, explosions, water and sparkles, to images, animation or video footage. ParticleIllusion currently includes a collection of more than 1,400 preset effects. The tool features OpenGL hardware acceleration to provide realtime or near realtime previews of most effects and fast rendering of final output.
