With the Spec Preview and Spec Render features an artist can make a change and Nucleo Pro will detect it and regenerate the frames. The new Background Render Queue allows users to render in the background and continue work in AE or any other application. Layers can also be committed to the disk allowing Nucleo Pro to render only the specified layers.

GridIron Nucleo Pro sells for $495 and supports Adobe After Effects Version 7.0 on both Windows and Mac OS X. The company also offers a standard version of the plug-in for $149.95, supporting After Effects Version 6.5 and 7.0 on both Windows and Mac OS X.
