The spot was shot on 35mm using 5298 Eastman EXR 500T and a Panaflex Panastar II camera fitted with Panavision HS Series anamorphic lenses. Chris Lytwyn was the DP. Keeps You Going was offline edited in Apple Final Cut Pro and transferred to an Avid for the final edit. Aaron Ross provided effects services.

The spot features Ted Birkley's techno track. Bill Ivie at Photomag in NYC handled sound design.

Keeps You Going was recognized in the "Commercial," "Editing" and "Cinematography" categories of the Telly Awards.
