MAN MADE MUSIC COMPOSES 'THE ONE' THEME “We needed a theme that conveyed all of the energy, inspiration, and excitement that these young artists are feeling,” explains Rick Ringbakk, co-executive producer of The One. “Additionally, we needed the theme to translate when played live by the house band on stage.  Quite literally, what we needed was ‘man-made music’ not something canned or synthetic.  Joel and his team really worked with us, and delivered a fresh, exciting theme which we are all in love with”

In addition to The One, Beckerman recently worked with legendary film composer John Williams on new themes and scores for NBC, including NBC Nightly News, the Today Show and Meet The Press, and produced a new version of Sting’s hit song “Brand New Day” for the CBS Early Show.
