TEKSERVE SEES SYNC SOUND THROUGH AUDIO UPGRADES

"We are going more towards computer-based mixing systems," says Marino, whose facility just added three Digidesign Icon consoles as well as a D-Command. "We're using more Pro Tools|HD systems and Digidesign products, and we wanted to upgrade our existing Mix systems to HD systems. Tekserve is the kind of company that addresses this new way of working.

"Tekserve has the most background with Mac systems. In fact, in our upgrading they steered us clear of certain potential compatibility issues," Marino adds. "I spoke to a number of vendors, and Tekserve was the only one that pointed those things out to me. It's comforting to know that they go the extra mile.  They are very professional and get us things fast."

Sync Sound has worked on a number of notable projects, including HBO's Oz, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and the Fox series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
