Thompson joined Optimus a year ago as design director. While
there, he contributed to projects for Altoids, Dell and Long John Silver. He
also spent two years as senior designer and creative director at Digital
Kitchen, and ten years at Swell, where he was as a visual effects artist and
compositor on Flame and Inferno platforms. At Filmworkers Club, he is working in an Inferno suite. He
also works in tandem with the company's in-house design team, Lift.
Since joining the studio, Thompson collaborated
with the design team on a launch campaign for Wrigley's 5 Gum.
