The new company will regroup under the Ringside Creative (www.ringsidecreative.com) brand with
augmented services that include creative and finish editorial, DI telecine,
motion graphic design, visual effects, CGI/3D, digital retouching, sound
design, composing and audio post.
"This is a very exciting time for us," says Cheek. "We are
extremely proud and fortunate to have built GTN to the point that we are able
to successfully complete a transaction of this nature and reemerge with a
company in Ringside Creative that is capable of refocusing our energy, talent,
and services to support a changing marketplace.
Ringside Creative will continue to focus on the creation of commercial and
broadband content and will look to expand its creative services into various
other content mediums.
