Bavaro has worked in New York's creative and
professional services industry since 1992 and most recently served as executive
producer/director of operations for J. Walter Thompson's in-house broadcast
production and new media division, JWTwo.
While there, he gained direct knowledge of the latest
broadcast production systems and HD workflows, most recently overseeing the
implementation of one of the largest Apple XSan media servers on the East
Coast.
