Berger comes to the company from MicroFirst Engineering,
where he served as VP and GM. He also spent nearly 20 years with Sony
Electronics’ broadcast & professional group and the NBC TV Network. He will
be based out of SSL’s New York office.
Wood has led sales efforts for several broadcast technology
companies, including Sony’s broadcast & professional group, Avid Technology
Europe, Encoda Systems and Autocue Systems. Most recently, he was sales manager
for OmniBus Systems Limited, where he developed direct and channel relationships
with major broadcasters in the Middle East market. He brings nearly 15 years of
experience in broadcast sales to SSL and will be based out of the company’s UK
headquarters.
