BLUEFOOT RECOGNIZED WITH 5 SPORTS EMMY NOMINATIONS

Timothy Horgan, founder/producer of Bluefoot, is up for Outstanding Technical Team Remote for his work on ESPN NASCAR, as well as for Outstanding Long Feature for Ray of Hope, a touching documentary produced for ESPN's E:60 program. Ray of Hope looks at the life and death of the late Jason Ray, the 21-year-old University of North Carolina Tar Heels mascot who touched the lives of several people through the gift of organ donation. Horgan edited and co-produced the story along with ESPN's Trisha Doyle.

Bluefoot's Matt McCormick is nominated in three categories, including Outstanding Short Feature and Outstanding Editing for work on the Sunday NFL Countdown piece titled Fear, featuring Hall of Fame NFL players and writer Stephen King. McCormick edited and co-produced the story along with ESPN's Martin Khodabakhshian. McCormick is also up for NASCAR's Technical Team Remote Emmy.

Both Horgan and McCormick are multiple Sports Emmy recipients.
