Up until the revamp, the channel had been going by the name "Cine Latino," but in the rebrand, the network tries to more closely merge the two words. In a :10 ID, the names of Spanish actors, including Penelope Cruz, are shown on red, videotape-like strips, that weave amongst each other, and finally separate to reveal the tape strip with the Cinelatino logo. A Gotham type fonts is used and the 'I's are made to resemble exclamation points, alluding to Spanish punctuation.

CA Square created the piece using Abobe After Effects and Creative Suite 3.
