EDITOR PABLO PIRIZ JOINS UNION
Piriz broke into advertising as a graphic designer and by chance, got into editing on a project he was working on for the World Qualifying Surfing Competition. In 1993, he was recruited by production company Paris/Texas to serve as their in-house editor. Five years later, Piriz expanded his career by moving from his native Montevideo to Los Angeles. He then started Purepost Edit, but after some time decided to dedicate his time and energies to his love of editing, rather than running a company.
Prior to joining Union, Piriz cut a non-traditional piece for the CW Network titled Nicole Scherzinger. His first assignment with Union is a campaign for Nestle Pure Water via AdCastells.
