FILMLIGHT APPOINTMENT EXTENDS U.S. PRESENCE
At FilmLight, Medina will oversee sales of the company's Baselight high-performance nonlinear color grading system. His scope will cover all market sectors, including film and television post-production, though he will focus in particular on post facilities engaged in producing commercials. A large part of Medina's role will be educational.
Medina served as VP of sales and business development for Antics Technologies since 2003, and oversaw the launch of its pre-visualization software in the United States. Previously, he served as executive director of Boeing's digital cinema unit.
