RAUSCH JOINS VICON AS VP OF PRODUCTION
At SCEA, Rausch most recently served as senior manager of the visual
arts services group, where he oversaw 50 employees and managed the
digital models group, motion capture, video services and cinematics
teams. He spent seven years at SCEA, first as a technical supervisor
and later as the manager of motion capture and scanning.
Rausch developed his motion capture background while working in the
Philippines as a CG supervisor for an animated television episodic The Ramayana.
After spending three years on the production, he joined motion capture
service bureau Spectrum Studios as a performance animation supervisor.
He spent one year there prior to joining SCEA.
