SMOKE & MIRRORS TEAM GROWS WITH KEY APPOINTMENTS
Cotta will serves a senior VFX supervisor and brings with him skills in advanced compositing and effects supervision. He's worked regularly with leading commercials directors on spots for Audi, Bacardi, Smirnoff, Motorola and Vodafone, to name a few.
His career includes stints at Hybride in Canada, where he worked as a senior compositor. He comes to the studio from The Moving Picture Company, where he was a senior supervisor/Flame operator for five years.
Niklasson (pictured) will act as senior producer at Smoke & Mirrors. His credits include supervising post production on commercials for AOL, Direct Line, Dove, Smirnoff and Sony. He's also contributed to numerous IDs, promos and title sequences.
Formerly an in-house producer and company director at The Hive, Niklasson was most recently was a founding director of Lime Ltd. There he worked on titles and VFX for BBC dramas, including Silent Witness, Waking The Dead and The State Within. His time there also included music video work.
