'THE MIX' UP AND RUNNING IN SANTA MONICA

It's also home to a recently installed Digidesign's ICON console.

The Mix offers the talents of three seasoned recording and mixing masters: Ted Lobinger, Josh Eichenbaum and Steve Davis. Lobinger founded LA-based multi-culture mix house Latte Mix, and is well versed in serving the international and domestic markets. Latte Mix was dissolved in April of this year in order to form this new alliance. During his career he has handled all aspects of audio post, from casting to mixing to original music.

Eichenbaum brings his talent as a young and skilled sound mixer to the facility.  Prior to joining The Mix, he held staff and freelance positions at audio studios such as Union, Lime and Point 360. Since joining the new studio, he has worked on a Levi's spot for HSI, an Ancestry.com spot for Boxer Films, a multi-spot TV campaign for Washington Mutual for TBWA\Chiat\Day, and the broadcast trailer for the Adam Corolla film, Hammer. He also mixed a sound intensive anti-terrorism spot for Whitehouse Editorial and Quantum-Lebanon, which is part of Saatchi & Saatchi group in the Middle East.

Davis, the studio's third partner, has a long-time relationship with Lobinger as a staff mixer at Latte Mix. He has also worked with Eichenbaum in the past. His experience prior to mixing includes project management with companies such as Disney. In his latest role, Davis will head up the management team at The Mix, as well as continue mixing for his many long-time clients.
