ZOIC WORK PAIRS FOXBOT WITH BK'S KING

The billboards were conceived by agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Fox Sports. Zoic collaborated with production company Engine Room and House of Moves to deliver the snappy mini narratives for sports enthusiasts. The sequences - ten :10s and two :30s - began airing in September and will continue through to the Super Bowl in February.

Autodesk 3DS Max was used for modeling. The Foxbot was originally modeled in 3DS Max for earlier use and was retextured for the BK promo. Autodesk Maya was used to bring in the motion capture data and for working on 3D and particle effects. Rendering was via a Mental Ray pipeline. The 2D elements were created using Adobe After Effects.

NJJ in New York provided music for the project. Jim Mitchell and Fulton Dingley handled sound design.
