ARRI SHOWING D-21 FOOTAGE & RELATIVITY SUITE

Select shots from a production using 35mm anamorphic lenses with the digital Arri D-21 by shooting in Mscope will be featured. The Mscope process transforms anamorphic 4x3 images into two HD streams that can be recorded with an HDCAM SRW-1 deck. The streams are recombined in post to form a widescreen image that surpasses the resolution of regular HD.

Arri's Relativity post production software suite of tools will also be presented. The suite is comprised of three applications: Texture Control, Film Simulation and SpaceTime Converter. The software permits control of the texture, grain and noise of images acquired in any film or digital camera format, as well as format conversions and frame rate adjustments.

And, sample footage shot with the Arri/Zeiss Master Macro 100 will be shown. The Master Macro 100 optically matches the Master Primes with a 1:1 magnification ratio and a maximum aperture of T2.0.
