ToonIt uses Toonamation algorithms to transform images into captivating cartoon shading. The tool - also priced at $399 - eliminates time-consuming techniques such as rotoscoping and hand painting. The Version 2 release offers new natural media effects that go beyond simple cartooning with simulated airbrush, bristle paint, Gouache, or scratch board styles. Users can choose from more than 40 new presets that quickly establish a style. And a new "Heat Vision" filter generates a heat signature similar to the one used in the film Predator.
