TAMUZ SHOWS NEW LCD MONITORS
The LBM 24 HD is a 24-inch full HD LCD color video monitor for SD/HD/3G-SDI 4:2:2 video signals. The panel is a 16x9 with 1920-x-1080 pixel resolution. High-quality interface electronics allow 1:1 image reproduction, confirming EBU 3320/3325 class-2 standards. Tamuz is offering two different models, though both accept 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 576i, 480p and 480i video signals.
The HD1 version has one SD/HD/3G-SDI 4:2:2 /4:4:4 with loop, one XGA and one DVI/HDMI. The HD2 version has one SD/HD-SDI 4:2:2 with two loop outs, one XGA, one DVI/HDMI and an array of selectable features such as HV delay, ATC timecode display, safe area, audio VU meters, video test pattern, blue only, RGB and YUV color space.
Tamuz sees the LBM 24 HD units being used on budget-critical applications in broadcast, post, acquisition or telecine. Pricing starts at $2,500.
