UNIT SAVES 'SONIC' SHOT
The spot was produced by Gloss Media for Frontroom and was shot using a Red camera. Unit transcoded footage for the offline edit then took it straight to the grade, relinking to the .R3D data with no need for a conform.
The spot was delivered in standard definition but taking the cut directly from offline and working with the native Red media allowed them to create an HD version as well. The studio was able to reduce the exposure of one clip that had bright highlights, thereby saving the shot.
