SUPER BOWL: BEAST CUTS FOR CAREERBUILDER.COM

The :30 ads, conceived by contest finalists, were directed by Craig Gillespie for CareerBuilder’s in-house advertising team, and were subjected to public voting on the CareerBuilder Website. Casual Friday, Job Fairy and Worst Seat incorporate elements of CareerBuilder’s signature use of humor and reinforce the company’s “start building” tagline.

Shooting took place over the course of three days in October, and the footage was handed off to Dingfield at Beast’s Chicago facility for editing in early November. He cut the project on an Avid system. Mark Bachara served as assistant editor.

MJZ handled the production with Craig Gillespie directing. Filmworkers Club handled visual effects. Stephen Dewey and Kip Smedley at MachineHead handled sound design. Beacon Street Studios composed the track for Casual Friday. The mix took place at Another Country with John Binder engineering and Louise Rider assisting.
