TUBE HELPS WEATHER CHANNEL PROMOTE IPAD APP

Tube creative director Chris Downs chose to let the app speak for itself. To do this, he tapped Cinema 4D and After Effects, animating a 3D model of an iPad with different vector recreations of the app's feature pages. The included up-to-date forecasts, future radar, severe weather alerts, and streaming video pages of different Weather Channel programming.
Downs accented the animation with a serene blue sky backdrop, and supplementary text. The Weather Channel app can be downloaded for free at the AppStore.
