Editors' Lounge to present Adobe, Blackmagic & Ciphertex demos

BURBANK — AlphaDogs (www.4alphadogs.com) will host the Editors’ Lounge (www.editorslounge.com) on Friday, September 30, and their facility in Burbank (1612 W. Olive Ave). The event will begin at 6:30 pm and will feature a presentation of Premiere Pro Creative Suite 5.5 by Adobe. 

The suite provides tools for a fully-featured pro editing workflow with software that includes Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop Extended. Adobe will highlight the suite’s realtime effects, color correction, accelerated rendering, and multilayer performance, as well as the integration between the apps.

Rich Montez will demo Blackmagic Design's DaVinci Resolve and highlight new features from the recently-released Version 8.   Blackmagic will also be showcasing several of their new products, including the UltraStudio 3D Thunderbolt-based capture/playback, the Decklink 4K capture/playback card, and several new Mini Converters.

Ciphertex Data Security will be on hand to show how studios can protect their digital assets while unattended or during transit between locations.
