HS-ART tool addresses 'dead pixels'

LAS VEGAS — Graz, Austria’s HS-ART Digital Service GmbH (www.hs-art.com) is showing DeadPixelBuster at NAB. The new product is designed to fix dead, stuck or hot pixels in digital film. 

HS-ART will be at the Lasergraphics booth, showing off DeadPixelBuster, which it says is simple to use and fully automatic. The tool can handle any shape and size artifact, and works with material ranging from SD to 4K. DeadPixelBuster is available for Windows and Mac platforms. The tool can support RAW formats on request, and is priced at $1,390.
