Telecorps sells Coffey Sound
September 6, 2011

BURBANK — Telecorps Holdings Inc. LLC has sold the assets of its Coffey Sound LLC division (www.coffeysound.com) in Hollywood to Trew Audio. The move is part of the Telecorp’s overall restructuring plan and intent to re-focus on its core business in California — production and post production rentals and services. Coffey Sound (www.coffeysound.com) is a pro audio sales, rental and service company.

The company is also expanding the reach of its post production and finishing services on the East Coast, and is in the final stages of its acquisition of the assets of Technicolor, New York.

“Our strategy is to focus our energy and resources on our core business,” notes Telecorps’ chairman/CEO David Rosen. “These recent moves will allow us to accomplish that goal.”
