HPA's Post Pit featured in South Hall

HOLLYWOOD — The Hollywood Post Alliance has announced the lineup for the Post Pit at the 2012 NAB Show.  For the second year, the HPA will offer in-depth  presentations in the South Hall (SL14805) during the NAB Show.

Presentations will include Lon Bender of Motion Picture Sound Editors discussing the sound design on Drive, HD and Beyond with Larry Thorpe of Canon, and Gary Demos of Image Essence who will cover ACES processing and presentation systems. Additional presenters will include the winners of the 6th Annual HPA Engineering Excellence, the HPA Judges Award for Creativity & Innovation in Post Production and the Best of the 2012 Tech Retreat Demos as voted by the Tech Retreat Committee and attendees.
