Music score for videogame The Dead Island Riptide available NEW YORK — Sumthing Else Music Works, a label focused on licensing and distributing videogame soundtracks, has released of the original music score from Dead Island Riptide, the upcoming installment in the multi-million selling zombie action RPG franchise developed by Deep Silver.

The Dead Island Riptide original soundtrack is scheduled for a worldwide physical release on April 23 to retail outlets through Sumthing Else Music Works, and for digital download at, Amazon MP3, iTunes and other digital music sites.

Dead Island Riptide offers and explosive mix of open-world gameplay, co-op first-person action and RPG elements to fans worldwide. The Dead Island Riptide original soundtrack includes twenty five tracks from composer Pawel Blaszczak's haunting original score, which combines cinematic electronic and experimental industrial sounds, piano and other acoustic textures.

Dead Island Riptide is the next chapter in the Dead Island universe. In Dead Island Riptide players band together to defend new, key territories in water-soaked tropical locales against hordes of never-before-seen zombie types. Also, a new playable character class, fresh gameplay mechanics and drivable boats plunge players ever-more into the depths of what's really lurking behind the deadly zombie infestation.
