ScheduAll's S5 gets proactive with automated intelligence

HOLLYWOOD, FL — ScheduAll (www.scheduall.com) has released ScheduAll 5, the latest version of its intelligent scheduling software for media and transmission businesses. Smart technology in S5 takes workflow to an new level, automating previously labor-intensive functions like slack capacity optimization, media system integration and third-party connectivity, to name just a few.

Automated intelligence makes the application proactive. For example, S5 supports deadline-based scheduling, which schedules all the necessary resources so a job is done before deadline. This assurance allows the operator to get in front of deadlines and better plan for future capacity.

“Our new smart technology bridges the gap between human-based and automated processes, and its smart workflow capability will connect, trigger and manage the entire workflow process for our clients,” said Rick Legow, president at ScheduAll.

The new release features cross-platform Web browser support on both Windows and Mac. Users are able to configure their function-centric workspace to keep their favorite content in front of them.

“We developed S5 because we excel at simplifying the complex for the media industry,” says Legow. “Our S5 beta program involved some of the top broadcasters across the globe. Our roots lie in media and we are continually listening to the needs of our clients.”

In addition to intelligent automation and smart mobility, S5 provides powerful business intelligence and smart reporting. S5 is a free upgrade for those that have an active maintenance plan with ScheduAll.
