Brennen Dicker to lead post ops at SIM Digital, Atlanta
ATLANTA — Brennen Dicker has joined SIM Digital (www.simdigital.com) as post production manager for its Atlanta location. The company also has offices in Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax and Beijing. Dicker, who previously served as director of post production sales at Crawford Media Services, brings a broad range of experience in all aspects of film and television production, along with and deep ties to Atlanta’s production community. In his new role, he will lead SIM Atlanta’s Bling Digital unit, which provides data management, dailies processing and post production services to film and television productions.

Dicker will work alongside SIM Digital, Atlanta’s GM Ann DeGuire to grow the company’s business in the Southeast. SIM Digital offers production support, such as camera equipment, and emerging post production services, such as on-set and near-set dailies, Avid rentals and finishing services. The company’s Bling Digital unit has experienced rapid growth as film and television productions adopt new workflows. SIM Digital Atlanta currently provides production and post services for the CW’s The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, and The Sundance Channel’s Rectify.

Dicker joined Crawford Media Services (originally Crawford Communications) in 2004. Earlier in his career, he was executive producer and principal of American Mongrel Productions, a Chicago production company, specializing in commercials, documentaries and sports programming. His background also includes work in broadcast television as a producer, camera operator, audio engineer and assistant editor.
