'Boyhood' honored at Golden Globes

BEVERLY HILLS — The Hollywood Foreign Press Association presented the 72nd Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night at gala held at the Beverly Hilton hotel. The show was hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Boyhood was the big winner, receiving Golden Globes for Director (Richard Linklater, pictured), Supporting Actress (Patricia Arquette) and Dramatic Film. 

Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel took home the honor for Motion Picture/Comedy or Musical. DreamWorks’ How to Train Your Dragon 2 edged out Big Hero 6 and The Lego Movie for Best Animated Feature Film.

On the sound side, composer Johann Johannsson and The Theory of Everything won in the Best Original Score category, while Selma was recognized as the Best Original Song. George Clooney was also recognized for his career achievements.
