iZotope appointments to focus on education & customer service

CAMBRIDGE, MA — iZotope (www.izotope.com), the developer of audio products and technologies, made a number of senior appointments recently. As vice president of education, Claire Harding Hollenbeck will build and lead iZotope’s education initiatives, helping users reach their personal potential by getting the most out of iZotope products and creating learning opportunities that extend beyond the products. Hollenbeck was formerly the VP of professional development at Pearson, one of the world’s largest education company. She is also a singer/songwriter, producer, and film score composer, who creates original music under the name Razor Jane.

Also joining iZotope to help develop and articulate a clear vision for the company’s education programs and services is Jonathan Wyner. A Grammy-nominated producer and engineer, Wyner brings more than 30 years of experience in the music industry having worked with Aerosmith, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, and Bruce Springsteen. He is the chief mastering engineer and founder of M Works Mastering Studios, and is also an author and associate professor at Berklee College of Music.

And Andrew Jobson joins iZotope as customer care director, a newly-created position that reflects the company’s commitment to assist, educate, and inspire existing customers as well as audio enthusiasts worldwide. Jobson will lead iZotope’s team of customer loyalty ambassadors, which provide service and support to all users and drive feedback back into the product development process.

With 20 years of customer service experience in the technology field, Jobson brings a wealth of expertise building top-notch customer care organizations. As Paypal’s former lead manager for global operations, he delivered customer care strategy and execution and provided industry coaching through innovative leadership to 200-plus employees. Jobson was also hand-picked for the international eBay Emerging Leader Program.
