cv445 offering ArriLaser maintenance services to users worldwide

LOS ANGELES — Independent ArriLaser sales and maintenance provider cv445, LLC. (www.cv445.com) has expanded its maintenance services to users worldwide. Launched in October 2015 by Richard Antley, cv445 offers more than 20 years of experience in the development, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of digital imaging equipment for motion picture production and post production. The cv445 team already serves customers in Los Angeles and Mexico, and now is able to offer there cost-effective maintenance service to customers worldwide.

“With film no longer the primary motion picture distribution medium, those who still need to produce 35mm output are faced with ever-tightening budgets and decreasing profit margins,” says Antley. “Our goal is to extend the lifespan of critical legacy equipment by providing high quality exchange parts and maintenance service at a fraction of the cost of Arri service.”

In addition to ArriLaser system maintenance, cv445 offers refurbished film scanners and recorders for sale, as well as technical consulting on digital imaging technology for production, post production, and archive preservation & restoration.

“While technical know-how is critical to insuring our customer’s systems are well maintained, we also hold a large supply of refurbished spare parts and all of the specialized tooling required to insure quick response to our customer’s service needs,” Antley adds.

The company is at NAB for ArriLaser users, as well as users of other other legacy film scanning and recording technologies, to discuss individual needs.
